Early intervention for children under age 2 greatly improves outcomes later in life. In the warm, therapeutic waters of our pool, infants and toddlers can increase their body awareness, develop self-regulation skills, and focus on sensory processing. Our hydrotherapists offer coaching and support for parents and address multiple areas of development.
- Increase both parent and infant’s comfort in the water
- Address core strength, balance, body awareness, self-regulation, sensory processing, and visual motor skills
- Enhance parent/infant social interaction
- Address oral motor skills, speech, and breath control
- Address gross and fine motor development in and out of the water
